To maintain consistency of appearance in the documents we display on the Internet, we have elected to utilize Adobe Acrobat format (PDF file extension). The improvement in formating capability and in fidelity of printed output should off-set the slightly increased download time.
To view the files in Adobe PDF format, you need the Adobe Acrobat reader (which may be downloaded free).
Although it may be a slight inconvenience the first time, as you must install the program, Acrobat provides exceptional capabilities both in reading the file and in printing it if you so desire.
If you do not have the software, go to our Adobe Acrobat help page for assistance in downloading, installing, and using the program. Then you may return here and and click on the file that you need.
NOTE: When reading a PDF file, please make sure that the file has completed its download before attempting any operation with it. To save the file, click the diskette icon on the Acrobat tool bar [make sure you use the Acrobat tool] and use the "Save As" window that comes up. If you are trying to print, make sure you use the Acrobat print icon. If you hit the browser print icon, the results will be useless.
